I notice little details most overlook.
Creaks in floors, sounds of shoes being tied, remembering people by what they do when no one is looking. Interior moments.
I fear being a detail…overlooked.
I think that we mined similar ground this weekend. I wrote about a life without purpose, of being inconsequential. You did a great job describing being irrelevant. Very well done. Glad your linked up is weekend. ๐
So glad you entered this to the challenge because this is a great write. Love how you expand it to a wider meaning. Thanks for linking up and please come back and vote for your top three!
This is a such a great piece! the overlooked detail, the lost face, the similar one…. crushed into a big pile of the ones that can be ignored. Lovely work.

I really like the last line. I think we’d all like to know we’re noticed, and will be remembered.

This is a great piece, you have hit on I think most people’s fear, being overlooked, not considered, is never something to aspire to.

Thank you for reading! Most won’t admit the fact but live it in their actions of constantly seeking some sort of approval/acceptance.
